Only a week after the October storms in 2020, we established the Emergency Hail Catastrophe Repair Centre at Richlands<\/strong>. As of April 2021, it was the largest of our PHMS facilities at 12,000 square metres, with a full team to match.<\/p>\n

Vehicles were repaired by our specialists using both Paintless Dent Repair<\/a> and Conventional Repairs.\u00a0 Inside the Richland facility there are 4 x spray paint booths, with highly experienced spray painters and dedicated paint preppers.\u00a0 Alongside are prep areas with paint trotters and a paint correction specialist.<\/p>\n

PHMS signature light tunnels<\/a> are used for inspections.\u00a0 A dedicated quality control manager looks over every car ensuring a flawless finish.\u00a0\u00a0 Customers are provided a comfortable waiting area, plus Europcar hire car pick up and drop off.<\/p>\n

The facility processed 150 repairs per week on average, of both PDR and conventional work.\u00a0 In six months PHMS Richlands had successfully repaired more than 2000+ vehicles.\u00a0 While Richlands is one of the largest operations, we also had facilities at Bribie Island and Loganholme.<\/p>\n

PHMS Loganholme was a Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) hub.\u00a0 Housing PDR technicians, glass repairs, trimming and management as well as hire car pick up and drop off.<\/p>\n
