What is Paintless Dent Repair (PDR)
Most people do not understand the Paintless Dent Removal process. PDR is the process of removing dents, dings, creases and hail damage from vehicles without the inconvenience and expense of traditional panel shop repair methods. It is a common misconception that hail dents are sucked out using some form of suction cup. Contrary to this, our skilled team of technicians actually use a series of specialised hand tools and techniques to gently massage the damage from the inside of the panel. This restores the panel to its original shape leaving the manufacturer's original paint work intact.

PDR Myths
There is a lot of misinformation and myths out there about the Paintless Dent Repair method (PDR). The Motor Repair Industry have studied PDR methods for a number of years. The results have been so positive that today all major Insurance Companies recommend the use of PDR in hail repairs as well as accident damaged motor vehicles. PDR can be traced back to the early 1920's where it is believed BMW initially used the technique in its German Manufacturing Factories.
