Only a week after the October storms in 2020, we established the Emergency Hail Catastrophe Repair Centre at Richlands. As of April 2021, it was the largest of our PHMS facilities at 12,000 square metres, with a full team to match.
Vehicles were repaired by our specialists using both Paintless Dent Repair and Conventional Repairs. Inside the Richland facility there are 4 x spray paint booths, with highly experienced spray painters and dedicated paint preppers. Alongside are prep areas with paint trotters and a paint correction specialist.

RACQ Auto Glass gets drivers seeing clearly again with replacement windscreens and recalibration and with a Parts Division onsite, the process is streamlined.
PHMS signature light tunnels are used for inspections. A dedicated quality control manager looks over every car ensuring a flawless finish. Customers are provided a comfortable waiting area, plus Europcar hire car pick up and drop off.
The facility processed 150 repairs per week on average, of both PDR and conventional work. In six months PHMS Richlands had successfully repaired more than 2000+ vehicles. While Richlands is one of the largest operations, we also had facilities at Bribie Island and Loganholme.
PHMS Loganholme was a Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) hub. Housing PDR technicians, glass repairs, trimming and management as well as hire car pick up and drop off.
